The Kruse Family has been building homes for three generations. Alvin Kruse built homes along the front range, and his son, Dale, a retired dentist, moved the company to Northwest Colorado in the late 90's. While Dale still remains heavily involved, his sons, Jake & Matt have headed up daily operations since 2011 and Jake's wife, Calais, has done the the design, drafting, and client service side of each build since 2015.

 

Having built more than 200 homes, we specialize in value-engineered and cleverly designed custom homes that allow for each of our clients to put their own flare on their home without breaking more modest budgets.
