With approximately 554 sq. ft. of living space, plus an additional 200 sq ft loft, this plan delivers comfort and function within a modest footprint. The 13’ ceiling height in the oversized single-car garage create exceptional vertical storage capacity for bikes, skis, & paddle gear, and each garage includes an additional built-in storage shelf for even more usable storage space. The Vista

The Vista expands on the Loft layout with up to 674 sq. ft. of living space, plus a 200 sq. ft. loft for extra versatility.

Like the Loft, the living room and kitchen feature 15’ vaulted ceilings and enormous windows that bring in abundant natural light rarely found in homes of this size.
