The Loft

The Loft offers a well-balanced layout featuring a spacious upper-level living area with massive windows, 15’ vaulted ceilings, and abundant natural light; a private bedroom with walk-in-closet; and a flexible bonus nook that can function as an office, gear room, creative space, or even a bedrooms in some specfic units.
With approximately 554 sq. ft. of living space, plus an additional 200 sq ft loft, this plan delivers comfort and function within a modest footprint. The Vista

The Vista expands on the Loft layout with up to 674 sq. ft. of living space, plus a 200 sq. ft. loft for extra versatility.
